Upgrade problem

Hi guys, stupid question time. I got a tower upgrade free of course. It has everything bar the HDD, so I threw mine in but it won't up load drivers cause USB or network won't work. Is this a clean install job??? Both pc Lenovo. Thanks

When in doubt, clean install is the way to go.
