Good answer, but in the spirit of the thread I'll have to say that onanism is probably the most common human activity after eating.

By it's very definition, none of us are clones. Our DNA is unique. I pass on a string of DNA to my children, that is unlike that created by anybody else.

I'm currently wearing only one of my shoes. I reckon there's no-one else out there at present wearing one of my shoes, and indeed there's no-one else out there that has only worn one of my shoes at any time

Well I've 4 children that probably have none of my DNA, although my wife is probably in the same boat....

Obsessively glance in my rear-view mirror at junctions and roundabouts to check if the vehicle behind me has indicated correctly.

Does it ruin your day if they don't?

Me? I beat drum beats out on my stomach constantly when at home. Much to my family's annoyance. They don't know skill when they hear it. I could take this show on the road

At first I read that as ‘purple snacks’ and was wondering what was unusual about that !

    See purple sparks sometimes.

That's not unusual. It may be harmless "floater" but, if accompanied by flashes, could be a sigh of detached retina. You should check with an optician.

Lol haven't had one of those in ages.

    I don't know why I see them.

I wonder is it low blood sugar???

They aren't spots. And they are light. Like fireworks only smaller and nearer.

It can be light or dark when i see them.

I went to an optician about it. He said you can get floaters and orbs in your vision that are temporary but these were not those.

I also asked a neurologist she said ' if you didn't have a seizure straight after i don't know what those were'. You experience 'Auras' before a seizure. These are like seeing lights of a feeling of falling. But i have never had an associated seizure when seeing them.

    I wish I knew!

I think spiritual things do happen around them. But not sure if I just linked that up in my mind.

But there you go. Asked doctors and everything they have no clue!

But also my neurologist said actually lots of people who have no other mental or neurological issues have stuff they see ...you aren't the only one.

So other people do this too :)

I did check with an optician. :)

He said there was no explanation for them.

Everything with my eyes are fine.

I asked a neurologist. :) And i have had an MRI everything is normal.

Ok now i am going to share a story that will make you think i am mad.

I go running and if i go in winter and its evening then obv its dark. I am nervous about people or particularly dogs. I don't like strange dogs i don't know.

So its pitch dark like 8.00 in the evening in nov. I am running. Suddenly i have this thought a female voice in my mind says 'Don't worry he just playful'. And i ( IN MY MIND) get a vision of a dog black with long legs and purple shiny eyes coming up to me. I carry on running thinking nothing about it. Its just a random thought i have. I have lots of thoughts when running etc. I see purple tinges everywhere though. But runners often see that. Its blood sugar etc. And i go for long runs. Miles etc sometimes over an hr.

Like almost 2 mins later after i have that thought..i feel something as i am running against my leg.

I turn around. Its a black dog with long legs. I jump. He is just being 'playful' though. I see his lead trailing behind him. Obviously his owner dropped it. I can't see anyone in the dark .But someone walks over and the dog goes to them.

    I carry on running.

Now there is something that happens after that makes this so much weirder but I can't say or people will think I am mental.

Also have had premonition of people not being well or passing. And its happened. I don't tell people though.

Awaits boards onslaught of..you are making it up ..its random ..you are crazy ..stop lying.

If i had not had that warning i would have been terrified.

I live with an old randy bachelor. He still uses the vhs recorder to tape the late late when he's at a match or in the pub. We've a press in the back kitchen full of old videos. A great collection of chat shows from the 80s and90s. A few kenny lives before Pat got the contacts. The pride of place is the collection of "Bibi" videos. Meself and the bachelor usually sit down of a Sunday with cup of Barry's (sometimes bewleys tea, he does like the bewleys believe it or not), a roll of bourbon creams and the lovely Bibi.

Sounds like seeing stars. Can be a serious issue in rare circumstances but you got checked out so it’s ok.

Very common though. All comic books used to show people who just got hit as dazed by drawing stars around then. Never knew what it meant until I first experienced them myself.
