Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Sorolla,

It is safe, but it is not great for the following reasons:
    1. Domiciled in Ireland, long story short taxation on EU domiciled ETFs is pretty bad (take a look at the other posts or look at https://www.bogleheads.org/wiki/Investing_from_Ireland for more information).
    2. 0.25% in management fees is pretty high compared to other ETFs
    3. No exposure to small-cap companies

A better option would be to invest in IWLD (Domiciled in Australia and 0.09% of mgt fees) or a mix of VTI,VXUS,... (Domiciled in the USA). Unfortunately, it's challenging to find a broker that would accept to sell you one of those.
    Best of luck !
