(I just stuck in my name as a try out, I think red looked much easier than blue )

Yep thats how its done. We get the non-captains to pick the words so that we are never tempted to pick a board that suits us (not that its ever happened to my knowledge).

It doesn’t matter though given the opposing captain is choosing the side.

The pming words is really only if you know one side is home/away.
