Self-employed mortage - 2 years of accounts

    Hi All

    I believe that most banks will look for 3 years accounts for a self-employed person but that some banks will accept just 2 years. Would be great if anyone could point us in the direction of bans that will accept 2 years.

    Most banks require 2 years audited accounts. My advice is use a broker. 123 don't charge anything. Otherwise, considering you're self-employed, if you go directly to banks you're in for a world of hurt.
