What's the story with that long interview with a Texas cop(?) someone keeps posting?

I've seen the same interview posted about twenty times this evening in random threads and in threads of its own, always from a different re-reg account which is already banned by the time I get into the thread, and the interview out of context is really weird and doesn't make any sense. Partly, I think, because the poster isn't using any formatting to clearly demarcate the questions from the answers.

Is this some meme or viral thing I've somehow missed this week? It's very peculiar seeing it repeatedly pop up in threads and having absolutely no idea what the context is.

For anyone who hasn't seen it, it's the one which opens with the phrase "Consolidated reply, I'm on my own and not afraid" or something along those lines. O_o

Obviously someone is spamming, but what I'm wondering is who exactly is the person being interviewed, why would someone post it all over Boards and how is it relevant to anything at all?

I assume the same, but I'm still curious as to what the interview actually is and where it came from. It's very long, detailed and completely out of any context at all, and googling various sentences from it doesn't throw up any results.

A cop from America is (or was) doing an AMA recently. Sounds like the stuff he was saying. So someone's just copying and pasting it for god knows why.

I'm guessing it's from the current AMA with an American cop but why someone would feel the need to spend their entire day re-regging just to spam AH with copy & pastes from the thread is utterly, utterly beyond me.
