Fun fact: Sully has met Watson (the dude who discovered the 3D structure of DNA) and she can confirm that he is a

class A cnut

Another fun fact: Rosalin Franklin was the technician/xray crystallographer who did all of the experimentation for the discovery and Watson/Crick refused to acknowledge her or accredit her the work.
