    Hi.
    I am getting this error sending from Thunderbird using eircom.net a/c

    An error occurred while sending mail.
    The mail server responded: 550 5.1.1
    Relaying denied to domain xxxxxx.ie

    I can send from other email addresses to same recipient,
    and they get through without problems.

    I can receive on eircom.net.

    Yesterday, the error was -:
    An error occurred while sending mail:
    The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: avas03 Cloudmark Gateway ESMTP server not available.

    Cannot logon to Webmail page either.

    Any Help for Eir ??????

    I had issues logging on yesterday too
    I googled "mail.eircom" and used the first link. It appears to be the same URL but it allows you to gain access. H

    now using https://www.eir.ie/email/
