    I have a 10/22 with pistol grip which drops straight down and also has an open butt stock.
    Any ideas what model it is?

    The model is 10/22. The correct question is what stock is it.
    I'm not aware of any that come factory with a pistol grip stock although there are several such stocks available as aftermarket parts.

    more than likely an aftermarket stock, throw up a picture someone will know

    You are correct. I know it can be got in a variety of stock types particularly in the States.
