In a similar position to you op. Got a girl who I like and I think she likes me back. But like you, I can't be sure. I am going to go for it though, next time we're out I'm making a move. I advise you to do the same. At 31 years of age I belive life is too short to worry about awkwardness and embarrassment.

Go for it and she rejects you then you know and can move on.
