Is it possible to apply to reopen a Job seekers allowance claim if the claim was been closed for failure to attend seetec meeting or a meeting with Social welfare official?

If theres a valid reason why you didn't attend the meetings, then it is generally at the discretion of the SWI and Deciding Officer. But you'd need a fairly good reason.

One of the first items of interest to SW will be how have you supported yourself since they closed your claim.
They will also want to see evidence of your searching for jobs since your claim was closed.
    Tricky enough.
