    Depends on a lot of things. How much walking vs cycling? Effort? Etc etc.

    Ultimately just do whichever one you prefer. Both will burn calories.

    But your diet is what will drive fat loss.

    I agree with Alf. It's all aboi5 calories in v calories out.

    I would say, cycling at a decent pace will give you a much higher benefit than walking. I burn about 600-700 kcals an hour cycling. That would be extremely difficult to do walking. Maybe impossible to do. It will also have a much lower impact on your joints than running.
