    In previous games the wolves did not get a list of characters that were in play. The wolves/sk had to guess which characters they could claim and sometimes their claim was evaluated based on whether the character was likely to be in the game.

    Not entirely true. It doesn't always happen but there was at least 1 game I know of where wolves got given character names to use.
