Translate the "officialese" movie line

    Inspired by the Identify-the-movie-from-the-quote-thread, I thought it might be fun to identify movie lines from a more formal or bureaucratic-sounding version of their wording, as if delivered by Sir Humphrey Appleby.

    E.g.

    "You will have a requirement for a vessel of greater displacement."

    "One's intention is to proffer a transaction whose repudiation would be inconceivable."
