That's opposite where the ambulances go up the ramp? That's where I park when I go there. It's ok, in my limited experience.

yeah, the ramp would be behind you, while looking at the bikes.
i think theres a mix of "wheel-in" stands and sheffield stands and that would be my main concern: if i didnt get a sheffield stand to lock to id probably lock to the railings like a few people have done

There is a large metal bike shed with employee badge access across from the main entrance. It's fine...as long as the door is closed behind you when you leave - which not everyone does!
