    Will new employer be able to find out when is my actual last working date from the old employer, under the new PAYE modernization?

    The old employer notifies Revenue of the date you leave.

    The new employer won't be told directly of this date, but may be able to figure it out if the credits aren't available for their employment or if they rang Revenue
