Seabourne Apartments - problem with sliding door

Hi Anyone living in Seabourne apartments have any problems with the sliding door to the balcony? As in, it won’t Open/close... which in this weather makes for a dang hot apartment! Fred cannot fix, and have had 2 guys out but no luck. They seem to be bespoke runners/gliders. Or at least not standard. Any help/ advice…

has lots of experience in successfully repairing them.
