Hi folks, I've two wagtails and one chick feeding in my back garden and I've noticed both birds have a deformed foot like they got caught in something, would anyone know what might have happened?

There is a warts type virus that birds can get on their feet. Or it could be an injury. But, if both birds have it, it sounds like a disease.

Thanks for that Jessie Wooden Rabble, one has a perfect looking foot which he/she hops around and the other is turned in. The other one has just a stump on one and two toes on the other.

That looks a lot like the thing that pigeons get. The turned-in foot sounds either like a birth defect or an injury.
