Can a Samsung phone be set to rotate video?

When my wife’s Samsung phone is turned landscape while watching video, the video doesn’t rotate like it does on my iPhone. Can it be set to do this? Thanks. D.

Of course it can

She probably have rotation lock on.. or I think its now called auto rotate turned off.
