Android Box: When Air Keyboard goes faulty

Hi I have 2 android boxes with 2 air keyboards. Keyboard 1: mouse pointer only now navigates around left hand side of screen. At mid point it wont cross over Keyboard 2 -> return key now types letter "q" instead How can i fix these issues?

Hi

Try different batteries, does it work in a pc?
Could be a firmware issue.
Buy a new one for €7 - €15 online.
