Darkness to Light Route

Hi, Does anyone know the route of this walk on Saturday morning ? I have to drive into the city around 4.30am on Saturday and want to know where to avoid. I can't see anything specific on the website and when I emailed I was just directed back to the website. Thank you.

Thomond Park to Shelbourne road to New bridge. House to Arthurs Quay. Left at St Mary's towards King John's castle. Back up Thomondgate
