    Yeah the + and - keys work alright because I set it at my usual 14 watts before I tried it.
    Vape UK got back asking me to try a different tank to rule out a problem with the tank, even though I had said in my first email that I had tried several tanks..:rolleyes:

    Anyway after I wrote back that no tank works they accepted the mod must be faulty. Now they want me to send them a video of it not working with the several different tanks and that way they're hoping to resolve it without me having to return the mod.

    Post the video of 1x tank not working on here. We might be able to identify something.

    Well I might post it anyway tomorrow but the good news is that a replacement was despatched today. Have to say Vape UK played a blinder in sorting it out quickly with minimum grief. Once they got the video in the morning and forwarded it to the suppliers they had a new one on the way by lunchtime. Without the hassle of me having to return the first one.
