Kettlebell instructors in Dublin

    Hi folks,

Wondering if someone can point me in the direction of a PT or club etc. who can show me how to use kettlebells properly. I'm looking to get into more technical exercises such as the TGU, snatch, clean and swing but I am unable to find any PT or gym with particular knowledge and some are outright uncomfortable with them.

    TIA

Dave Hedges would be my number 1 suggestion he is in wild geese linked below and probably one of the most knowledgeable kettlebell instructors I know. He even has some upcoming workshops on sport kettlebell soon too.
