Bed, busy day had, shattered now. Early start tomorrow, feeling very important, off to a conference in the morning.

Sitting looking through old photos, as our grandson need some for a school project - lots of memories, lots of laughs and some sadness at those no longer with us.

    Still at the tech desk.

NTFS. FAT32. EXFAT. Video Compression. Incompatible Smart TVs. Why can't it be like the old days. Video projectors, laptops, Dual layered DVDs.

    Head wrecked.:( Need a beer.:D

In a glass hotel room, watching the sun set over the city, thinking €4.50 for a mini can of Pringles is excellent value, when the alternative is to get dressed, go all the way downstairs and walk all the way to the nearest shop!

Smurf, don't think your missing much really..... Dubai isn't my favourite place.... The small old town by the river was interesting. Not a fan of the rest of the place!
2.5 hours in the Irish village burgers and beer at 0.5 french 1.0 rate for Irish guys.... €150...... this place isnt cheap anymore.

Back in Tipp after going to Cork to visit my granny. She was in great form, much better than the last time we saw her

Sitting outside watching the dusk build in.
I love this time of year, its chilly out but I don't feel it much and a coffee on the patio just relaxing at almost 10 pm is a brilliant way to finish the day.

Tech desk. Looks like my problem is sorted through a compromise. Nearly there. This reminds me of the early DVD player days. No probs playing your rented or bought pressed DVDs, but when it came to plus or minus burned DVDs, it was a bloody nightmare!

Typical Corporate BS. So many systems and so many manufacturers not adopting all of them. Bet they will someday, when something new replaces it. Smart TV's are officially still in their infancy.

    Rant over!

Sofa side watching an interview with Rob Lowe. Not really hearing what he is saying, too busy thinking how well he has aged :)

There's a good thread in another forum on boards on the show.. Its fantastic stuff, very accurate but toned down for civilians. The DS's are fantastic. Brilliant show, one of the best RTE has done.

In the bed, wondering if I’ll be able to convince myself to get up early enough to go to the gym before work tomorrow...

Now you know why I do a bit of running Maki, trying to get away from this mad one.

Bedside listening to the birds equivalent of Eurovision outside.

So far the Sparrows have it. Starlings in last place, they had no group cohesion.

Time for me to jump in a swimming pool from a burning aircraft and get rescued by some lovely flight attendants.

I wonder if I will get the kiss of life.
