Getting the house ready for the father in law who is visiting us for a few days.
Must be on my best behavior.

Yesterday was supposed to be an easy day, but just as it started and we had passengers onboard, they all climbed off and walked away, then we had a night of semi-organised chaos, multiple changes to destination, multiple passengers changing their plans so we were in the wrong place. I was so happy when the last trip to our second base was cancelled and I got to go home to my own bed.

The bosses elder brother passed away and as per culture/religion, he must be buried today, so everyone was rushing to get here. I'm kinda glad that in Ireland we have at least a few days before burial as it gives the family time to get organised, but its interesting to see how other cultures deal with burials.

Not sure if i shall escape from work today, so it's a decaf coffee day.

Couchside relaxing after a very busy weekend of socialising, off work for the week bar having to do a few hours in the morning, great coverage of the Galway races on RTE, they do it very well
