    I was happy to OPT OUT from changing to blacknight from BT's iol.ie. I wanted to discontinue using iol.ie. However I am continuing to get emails to my old iol.ie. Please stop it. How is it that I am getting these still?

    If you haven't opted in then any emails you are getting are from BT, not us. We don't have access to email the IOL accounts that haven't opted in to move over to ourselves
