Help needed please.

After trying champixs 3 times with mixed results ,I have started on patches the 3 month plan,I am surprised at how good they are working, problem is ,I can't seem to make them stick all day while working. I've shaved my arm and other areas to help keep on ,I also sometimes strap them with plaster's. I do sweat a bit witch…
