Folk music versus country music

    Both country music and folk music appear to be translated into Irish as ceol tíre.

    Is there some way I can distinguish between them better when speaking in Irish?

    To distinguish you might say 'ceol pobail'.....although I haven't actually heard

    it in use, it should be understood.
