Arsenal have nice fixtures coming up......

5 of their 7 are AWAY and on this evidence I wouldn’t be in a rush to get anyone

I had already placed Arsenal in the "Do Not Touch" bin alongside Spurs and Chelsea! :pac:

Really not enjoying this GW so far. Actually looking forward to getting my non-free hit team back.

Gained me an extra 20k places thanks to Kola's 5 points. He was on for bonus too until he got booked.

I have Chelsea in the bin but for some reason I keep bringing them back into my team.. Why do I put myself through this torment.

Seeing the TC as a failure given only 90 mins but it could have been massively worse.

I'm happy enough with 30 but will probably look at getting my TC away way earlier in the season, possibly first DGW rather than waiting and waiting

    interesting but largely pointless hypothetical...

for those with Sterling and Aguero, and captained Aguero, if you knew all this was going to happen, would you still have captained Aguero, or would you prefer right now to have the captaincy on Sterling?

I'd take the 10 points. Points in the bag preferable

    Aguero. :)

So who took the bet on Aguero missing the Cardiff match?

I did say it was a definite

He also said hodson odoi will start

I would prob have captained sterling to answer the question above
What would be the point in captaining effectively a SGW player ?
Even though sterling may well end up the same

    that's part of the point.

do you take a guaranteed 10 points, or take the chance on Sterling getting significant returns against a probably second-string Cardiff.

    I'd take the 10 points, because I'm naturally conservative, but it's a 50/50 call.

I'm strangely at ease with it despite captaining Aguero. One of my rivals had him tripled.

With Aguero definitely out I think rotation elsewhere will be reduced. If it was anyone better than Cardiff I even wouldn't be sure Jesus would start.

The fact that Sterling played two matches over the international break and Aguero didn't, plus there is more midfield cover for Sterling with City, means Aguero was the safest bet. I captained Aguero, and have no regret about it. Quite happy with his 20pts.

I really fancy Gerry D to score tonight. I would have picked him if I'd known he'd start the 2 games.

For some reason I had a really good feeling about him this so hoping that pays off! Felt it was a big risk so happy to see him get the start!

Has it ever been any other way? I am no longer worried about not having many for gw35. Especially with triple pool playing Cardiff and double Bournemouth at home to fulham. Might BB or might TC yet all the same
