    Hi there,

Which of the above is the best cardio to do, in terms of keeping fit and keeping weight down?

    Whichever you will stick at.

Concept 2, Echo bike and Cross trainer would be my choices. Low impact and full body.

This is the only correct answer.

Concept2 or Assault bike are my choices.
But I occasionally run when I want to hate myself.

Thanks all. Now I just need to convince my other half that I'll be able to tidy the Concept 2 away somewhere at home :-)

I go to the gym 5 days a week but only for 50 mins at lunch, so I tend to keep it fast paced weights with just 10 mins HIIT cardio at the end. I would love to extend my cardio to home... something to do for 20 mins HIIT each morning before kicking off the day, or a light 45 minutes when watching Netflix (so I don't feel so bad) :-)

I'm hearing a lot that Assault Bikes are very good, so I was surprised to hear the C2 being picked over an Assault Bike.

Thanks again for the replies, much appreciated.

They can be separated into two at the footplate, as far as I know, which would help with tidying away.
