I wasn't receiving them the other day I just messaged them on FB and they got back to me the next day and re sent the prizes

What I do is don't redeem till inside shop and you can see the product on the shelf.

I've won tayto twice but no car wash....

I won a prize on my first spin this morning. I slid to redeem it, took a screenshot and waited until it expired. I then spun twice more and won another prize on the last spin.

I never seemed to win anything if I had a prize waiting to be redeemed.

Yeah it does. The voucher expires but the QR code doesn't.
