There's definitely something "fixy" about this. 3 times I span the wheel today and it landed on Sorry at the exact same spot (about 20% from the edge of the Sorry slice).
So I'd wager it's predetermined what the outcome will be prior to spinning.
Still.. free is free... I got a coffee on my very first spin about 4 days ago, but I put petrol in my car so infrequently I never got a chance to use it

yes, I guess its predetermined as when you login it pauses for a while to show spin the wheel and I have always won something but, if the wheel is shown immediately I have never won...may be this just a co-incidence(sharing my experience)
free is free as you said but I would urge people to redeem the codes ASAP so that we win regularly...my shared codes have not been used yet 0 -

Yep you make a circle k account.
I used to have a little key fob to scan when I get petrol or anything at the circle k stores but they fell apart so they just scan the app when I'm there and get my points.
You need at least 200 points to play for a prize.
If you lose you get a treat at the end of the month to redeem before the end of that month.0 -
