Wifi Calling

    Hi,

    Bought a new phone recently  and am unable to make or receive calls unless I am on a wifi connection. I have wifi calling enabled and if I turn it off, I can't make r receive any calls at all!

    Can you please advise?

    Could you PM the following details and I can look into this for you?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
    6. Mobile Number & PIN? 
    7. Is this happening in every location?
