    Is there a military link? Fairbanks was a proper soldier and earned a chestful of bling. Garland and Rooney 'entertained' the troops.
    Though I suppose the same could be said of most people/actors of that era.

    Ok, I was sure someone would get it.

    There was a bit of video showing the state crown being carried to Parliament with all the accoutrements, but when she was giving her speech she was wearing a different, smaller crown (rather more appealing I thought). Apparently the state crown, which is a heavy and not very attractive lump of a thing, was on a table beside her, but you could not see it in the pic I saw, so it looked as though she had lost it on the way.

    Anyway it just struck me as minorly interesting.

    Hopefully one of the wanderers will come in and set a question, or anyone else who would like to keep things going!

    I was always a big fan of Rincewind and the Diskworld books. :)

    Q. A woman by the name of Sarah Thomas recently completed a record setting feat of endurance. A large number of people have completed this trial once, many have done a double, a rare few have completed a triple but she is the only person to have completed a quadruple.
    What did she do?
