    I have an eircom.net email account I am trying to log in to but I cant remember my password, and theres no option to reset it as the site says my security settings are not adequate.

    Can you help?

    You will need to call 1890260260 and an agent in our technical team will be able to reset your password.

    I tried and cant get past the filter where you enter an account number
