    I doubt there's anyone to contact. Mine were delivered by DHL, no tracking emails, no dispatch emails and no signature needed when the driver dropped them off.

    Finally received mine via DHL. Probably would have received them a few days ago but Samsung never printed my phone number or eircode on the parcel and DHL had hand written on the parcel, "need number" the courier then rang me and asked for my eircode.

    Interestingly, I noticed the bottom of the buds charging case has a PO Box, Dublin, IE address on it.

    Getting worried as even if u email Samsung saying they never arrived they will prob put it all on you saying they send them out but u must of missed delivery etc

    Validated on the 15th March

    Mine was validated and sent to fulfillment on the 14th. Not a dickie bird since.
    They'll come eventually I suppose.

    Mine was validated on 8th and sent for fulfilment on 9th March so been over a month now.

    Yep mine were sent for fulfillment on the same day as they were validated, on the 10th of March. Received the buds on the 4th of April, no more progress updates, no shipping email and no confirmation of delivery. The DHL driver just handed them over, without a signature needed.

    Yeah sent for fulfilment the same day as it was validated

    I'll wait it out til Monday and then make contact with Samsung if there still not here

    Ive not received mine yet either, and I never got an email from Samsung, it just says validated on the check my claim page Cant do anything to contact anyone about it, cant contact dhl because theres no tracking number.

    Does anyone know is it ok to charge the Buds case with the fast charger for the phone?

    So far they are great. Good sound playing music and good for phone calls as well.

    I contacted Samsung yesterday as mine still haven't arrived, I asked them for tracking number but they didn't provide any, bit worried I'll miss the DHL delivery, without a tracking number and from what I'm reading here if your not home then there seems to be no way of knowing

    Got an email from Samsung to say they never received my old phone which I sent in their envelope on March 13. Hope this doesn't end up costing me another €200

    Mine was validated and sent for fulfillment on 9th so been well over 30 days now. No point in contacting them as they are sending out generic replies saying their is a delay due to high amount of claims.

    At least were up to date and assured we will actually receive them eventually

    I imagine there was 1000s or more that took up this offer and you cant blame them. Find it better than getting a speaker with the new huawei phone
