    Hi folks,

Just wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate as to the price of replacing a handbrake cable in an independent garage? More so if it’s roughly under the €200 mark or much more than that?

    Thanks in advance.

*Edited to add car is an 2005 corolla

The front section cost about 9eur, rear left/right each about 15eur.
Labor about 1-1.5 hours, heavy rust even up to 2.5 hours.

Only be flexible, if something related by that brake system are worn out, just replace it. Do not let install back old worn out parts, it does not cost you extra labor, only the parts.
