Considering McNeill to Brooks with the one free transfer but just taught Moutinho to Brooks might be better.
    Opinions appreciated.
Also considering Trippier to some one who can defend or Button to playing second goal keeper but thinking these might wait and bench boost can be played in a few weeks once these two are sorted.
No point in banking since the Free Hit is going to be played for game week 31.
    Team currently is
    Ederson, (Button)
Trippier, Alexander Arnold, Robertson, Luiz, Wan Bissaka
    Moutinho, McNeill, Pogba, Salah,Son
    Aguero, Rashford, Rondon

Whats the best move to get set up for the double game week?
Is it worth taking hits to get rid of Button and Trippier to get team right for a bench boost in 32?

Do I punt Aubamayang out of my team right now before anyone else plays, or do I wait a few days and punt him out of my team then?

Either way he's getting a punt up the Bishop Brennan!

    Salah home to Burnley
    Kun home to Watford
    Vardy home to Fulham
Gonna be a tough captaincy call

    Salah id say

    Someone in for Luke Shaw

Hard to look past TAA. Only downside is it makes Mane impossible

2 FTs. Gonna have to ditch Bennett. Was going to get rid anyway. Only got him in for AWB. I'll have to do it soon before he drops

Why? he is a set starter and cheap enough to bench for the blanks (obviously depends on your chip situation)

Edit. Hadn't realised the 10 yellows

Son and Rashford on the chopping block. Might buy Vardy and go for the Leicester triple up. What could possibly go wrong?!

Son for Mane most likely. Tempted to rage transfer Pogba but in fairness he has been good up until this week.

    Gibbs-White to Hazard.

The biggest upgrade in FPL history? :pac:

Nah, I did Kamara to Aguero in GW 25 :)

    Speroni to Boruc.

Will bench Foster who plays City and will mean I have a keeper for GW31 (hopefully)

May move PEA out for Higuain.

But I'm not happy about it!

I made it this morning for a -4 & im more than happy with it as I’m planning for GW31 & FH GW32.

Let him go. Could you bring in Kane?

I have 2 FTs so i could get Kane in, I already have Son.

I have no Chelsea players but i prefer their Run to Arsenal's and Spurs.
    I just like PEA!

Im free-hitting in 31/planning for 32. WC in, 34or 35 depending on whether I bench. Boost. In 32 or 35

Ill sit on the fence for the remainder of the week, in short i domt really know what I'm doing.

Get Kane so. Huge differential & play better when pressure off

I more i sounded out my thinking above, I convinced myself that getting Higuain was the right move for me.

Doherty to a Chelsea defender is also a consideration with my other FT if i get Higuain

Oh what to do with Wolves players.

Obviously interested in winning the FA Cup so rotation happening.

If they do beat United they’ll rotate even further.

If they get knocked out they may head for the beach.

Struggling to work out what to do with Bennett, Doherty and Jimenez.

IM selling Jota this week for sure
    Maybe Doherty too
    Reluctant to sell jiminez
Has been considering higuain for 31-34 but I’m not sure now

As if Cardiff were not bad enough it’s looks like Bamba will be out now too.

Higuain has a good run into that game, and I’m really really tempted, but it’s Chelsea and I think that’s enough to put me off. Unless the players decide they want champions league football next year.

Wolves pushing for 7th place in the league and a shot at European football. Doubt they'll hit the beach until its actual beach time

Higuain won’t hit the beach early... he has things to prove

I'll be going Doherty to either Bennett or Jonny on the WC. His returns since 15 aren't worth the money especially with rotation now a major issue

    I’ve two concerns -

They beat United and are rightly sidetracked by the cup.

The lose to United and lose their seasons impetus.

Maybe I’m looking for a reason but I’ve a feeling I’ve seen it all before.

Depends on the attitude towards the Europa League I guess. The way Burnley pretty much purposely threw it away this year shows it may not be important to most.

Well they had to give up on it or they'd be getting relegated now instead

I’m also with triple wolves. I have the exact amount to do Doherty to TAA.

Will look at getting rid of Jota before GW31. It is hard to see the good options for that GW in his price range. Maddison and Barnes aren’t delivering. Maybe one of the Bournemouth lads might hit some form (Fraser/Brooks). Already have Anderson in that price range

Wolves assets an issue here as well though i can bench Doherty this week but Jiminez out for King is tempting.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,553 ✭✭✭✭Dempsey

    Fabianski, Boruc

    TAA, Robertson, Pereira, AWB, Bennett

    Anderson, Billing, Salah, Hazard, Pogba

    Jiminez, Vardy, Rashford

    0.7m ITB, 1FT & All Chips

Barring injury, think i'll hold or Rashford out

Going to WC in gw32 so thinking Kola, son, auba out, diop hazard hig in for -4. Gives me 8 players for week 31 and can bring in a 9th next week. Have to do transfers tonight as funds are tight

Has anyone any insight into whats happening with Yedlin? Got him in with GW31 in mind as he looked pretty nailed on, then benched twice in a row?

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

    Pulled the trigger on.

    Laporte ----> Ake
    Son ----> Sterling

Funds were tight. Sterling is one week City cover for the Watford game. I'll be FHing in 32 then WCing in 34, and I don't need more than 9 players for BGW 31, which I'll have using my FT next week.

Yedlin has been good going forward but responsible for a few goals conceded earlier in the season so I've been surprised he has held his place so consistently up until now. Not sure his replacement Manquillo is much better and no real insight into what's going on behind the scenes so can't say if Yedlin will be back in anytime soon. Guessing it just depends if Manquillo can continue to perform well (he got an assist and 2 bonus points in the game against Burnley).

Just gone for McNeill to Brooks as Brooks was playing well before his recent injury and their next opposition is Huddersfield. Mcneill has been good but Burnley are starting a tough run of games and Brady is back to compete for the same position.

Cheers, best off getting in a different Newcastle defender so, no use if I cant rely on him to play.

    Rashford/Moutinho out for Hazard/Barnes, -4.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,224 ✭✭✭Pete_Cavan

Thinking I'll make two changes now for -4 this week which will set me up for 11 starters in GW31 without having to make a transfer that week. Can then have two FTs for GW32 when I can use my last chip, BB.

    Kolasinic out. Otamendi in.

    Thoughts?

Watching Callum Wilson closely, he'll enable the moves I want moving into 31.

I'm going without City this week which is frustrating but I can't do much there without dismantling my team.

    Likely to go
Aguero & Jiminez to Higuain & Vardy
Later in the week, all fit and well.

It's a GW31 move and hopefully it's time to give Aguero a little rest.
