Can anyone link me some stretches to do ?

Also how often should they be done and how many sets etc ?

have you had an MRI confirming it or are they all guessing that's what it is?

Tbh I’d say there just guessing. But Doing my own bit of research Its all the signs of rotator cuff , getting pains in all the areas that the tenders come off the cuff

It’s getting frustrating at this stage tho. At times it feels like it almost better then just goes back to square one

I’ve had a number or shoulder/rotator cuff injuries and the only thing that allowed me to train and rehab the injury at the same time was to do a lot of horizontal back work, cable rows, chest supported rows, dumbbell rows etc

I’d train 3-4 days per week

    Day 1 back, bicep
    Day 2 legs

    Repeat

I have had niggling shoulder problems for a while. Recently, I heard that using a dead hang can be hugely beneficial for shoulders. I have been doing it every morning for a little over a week and I have already noticed a huge difference.

My shoulder is still the same since last July. I’m after losing all muscle I had and getting a belly now.

I know the stretches I need to do but how often ? Do I do a few set of each every day ?

Or maybe do 2 stretches one day and different ones the next ?

If you've had debilitating pain in your shoulder for 7 months I would strongly advise getting an mri and seeing a specialist.

To be honest it’s not even sore most days until I try to lift something at work or use it in some way or another. But I know the injury is still there whether it’s sore or not

I have full flex it bitta with my arms etc until there’s a bit of weight involved

Mines since last May. I dislocated it and my 200m swim time had been down about 15 seconds since. But I trapped a nerve a month ago and it’s being torture since. Physio is using needles and masssges, it’s a slow process building muscle back

The pain the lower arm is crazy. Feels like arm is being squeezed in a vice

With shoulder injury particularly if painful or restrictive look for an MRI to confirm any diagnosis.

I spent nearly 2 years being treated for supraspinatus tendonitis, physio the works!
No improvement over the entire course of treatment pushed for an MRI and turns out what was "definitely" supraspinatus, was actually fairly severe acriomiclavicular arthritis.

Ya maybe the mri is the next option. I really don’t think it’s as bad as I make it sound though

I just haven’t been doing my stretches properly because I don’t really know how many to do and how often
