Currently Pogba (C), Ageuro (VC) but will switch back and forth between the two multiple times before the deadline

Poggers for me. Kun's current away record not the Mae West

And now having watched Bournemouth’s “defending “ I am tempted to go back to aguero

    Sterling maybe!

    Back on the Egyptian King.

He was very good the other night.

    What are the comments?

Im guessing it will be along the lines of him being rested. He has played 3 games in 7 days (including 30 Mins of extra time). They play again tomorrow which is 4 in 11.

It’s Sergio Aguero. He’ll not want to break him at this stage of the season.

Salah or Pogba, struggling to decide to be honest.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,335 ✭✭✭✭km79

    What are the comments?

That he was exhausted last 15 minutes and he badly needs Jesus back

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,440 ✭✭✭shmeee

Is it worth the risk putting the armband on Kun?

I don't think so, you want you captain to be a sure thing to start.

Pogba for me at the moment over Salah.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,264 ✭✭✭✭manual_man

    Sterling

    I was between the 3
    Forgot about psg game midweek
So now between aguero and salah

    All things considered...Pogba.

But Pogba's suspended for the PSG game.

But Pogba's suspended for the PSG game.

Yep and his recent home form is superb. I think it's an easy decision this week.

He’s going to the get the full 90 too.

It’s on Pogba for me as of now anyway.

Salah was very unlucky to not get any returns on a Wednesday night, is def the next best option.

Tough this week, torn between Kun, Sterling, Pogba and Rashford but leaning towards Sterling now as Bournemouth tend to be a shambles defending at times

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,123 ✭✭✭the whole year inn

Sterling, id say he got a bit of a rest last week and could play upfront , and even if is on the wing then he is still a threat.

Jesus back so it sounds like it’ll be the wing threat you’re relying on. Surely one of Jesus and Aguero plays.

I doubt Jesus get the 90 mins , my guess is he will be slowly brought back into the game , we could see Sterling upfront and both Aguero and Jesus on the bench with Jesus getting minutes in the 2nd half. I have Aguero and Sterling so going to Cap Sterling .

Completely forgot Pogba is suspended midweek
    Back on him
    Seems like the perfect opportunity

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,303 ✭✭✭Mike Ehrmantraut

Had it on Aguero, but it's a 50/50 call between Sterling and Pogba now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,129 ✭✭✭NabyLadistheman

    Gonzalo

    Any news about Jesus?

As exhausted as Aggy may be, if Jesus is still injured then I fully expect him to play. There's a chance of playing Sterling there, but I don't think Pep will take Bournemouth lightly in such a tight title race where you can't afford to drop points.

I think he starts and maybe comes off after an hour if City are looking comfortable.

Salah over Aguero for me now. Everton leak a lot of goals and surely salah cant blank again !

I think it’s a very unlikely scenario that neither Aguero nor Jesus start. Who knows I may be proven wrong.

    Pogba (C), Higuain (VC)

My head's wrecked thinking about it. Aguero is probably fitter than Jesus so a 60 minute Kun job seems to fit better. Should have enough for that before he loses his breath. Or play Jesus with a full first team squad around him. Wrecked...

I’ll go 70/30 in favour of Jesus starting. So naturally I won’t be surprised by anything that happens.

Pogba for me tempted with Sterling though still

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,303 ✭✭✭Mike Ehrmantraut

Had intended bring Sterling back in, but having a change of plan. Most likely gonna chance Pogba with the armband

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,640 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

    I'm going with Hazard.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,255 ✭✭✭✭Lemlin

Had it on Aguero but worried about playing time so going with the Pog.

I've gone from Pogba to Salah to Sterling all in the last half hour. Torn.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,528 ✭✭✭✭dsmythy

Another week with an OK spread. I'm going Barnes of the Ashley variety.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,387 ✭✭✭franglan

I think you have to be sure who starts too, for me it's Pogba, Stirling, Salah and Aguero in that order.

Could you really see Salah benched in a derby during a title race with no midweek game to follow? And with no obvious replacement.

Nope, but with the Póg suspended for Europe he'll get the full 90. Would be surprised if Salah doesn't as well. Just think it needs to be factored in that all. It's all a simulatious equation really.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,697 ✭✭✭sheroman01

It's between Sterling and Pogba for me. Pogba is on penalties and doesn't play midweek so it's on him for now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,815 ✭✭✭bantee

Bournemouth are currently worse at the back than Soton so that’s my reasoning on Sterling over Pogba

Absolutely it is. I don’t think Salah would be too far behind the 90 though unless things have gone really well.

Was on Kun until I read this exhausted news and the pogba playing 90 mins argument, so last minute change to poggers hope it pays off

    Alonso.
