    Short answer kinda, some of the brokers will have 10% discounts on certain plans that will mirror some of the corporate offerings. Not possible to discount by more than 10% and they won't be able to discount at your request it'll be discounted or not but saying you'll go elsewhere will make no difference to that decision.

    Corporate and plans are available to all. Just ask for an equivalent corporate plan and they have to give it to you

    Yes but they won't be discounted generally, they'll be the same price. Corporate discounts (again to a max of 10% ) are reserved for group schemes
