Surprised so many were afarid of Kun not starting, Jesus wasn’t in the running. Only a matter of how many minutes he will get now, I’m guessing around 65 or so.

Only because Sterling played the same amount of minutes IMO. Jesus or no Jesus, my money would be on him not starting at the weekend. You run a guy with an injury history into the ground and don't be surprised when he isn't around when you need him for key games in the Champions League when you need him most.

I think the first part is scoreline permitting and I don't feel anywhere near as strongly about the 2nd part. He has missed 60 games (well there or thereabouts, I'm just quoting transfermarkt statistics which mightn't be 100% accurate) through injury in his last 6 years. I don't think that is a guy you play for 4 hours within a 6 day spell unless you really feel like the other guys can't carry the can at all.

He is a great crosser of the ball so while it might not be pretty he should put in plenty of balls for Lukaku and Pogba.
