The riper the better :) If they've gone too far then I shove them in the freezer with all great intensions of making banana bread with them... until it gets out of control and I have a small fruit shop in there haha!

Do you get your 5 a day every day?

    No

Should I cop myself on and do more to get them in?

Depends on your overall diet really. It is entirely possible to have a very healthy diet without your "having five a day" imo.

What is your idea of a perfect night in?

Nice shower, lovely smelling body lotion, nice pjs, bottle of wine and a good movie.

    Yours?

Take out the body lotion and substitute the wine for chocolate and it's the same as yours. :)

What movie have you watched loads of times?

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,352 ✭✭✭✭Leg End Reject

    Shawshank Redemption

Have you ever read the book first and not been disappointed by the movie?

    Shawshank Redemption

Have you ever read the book first and not been disappointed by the movie?

I think the Twilight films were better than the books, which were pretty poorly written.

Do you dream of one day writing a book?

Have you ever read the book first and not been disappointed by the movie?

Never! My mental image of the story in the book is always better than the movie.

Edit: no, I would not have the patience to write a readable book.

    Do you wear hats?

    No, I'm not disciplined enough.

What type of book would you write?

    Do you get embarrassed easily?

    Not at all.

    Have you ever built anything?

    Not at all.

    Have you ever built anything?

I helped build my brother's house. I'm extremely jealous that he gets to live in a house that he imagined, planned and built with his hands (and partly mine)

Do you think it's important to own a house, or is renting just fine?

I think in Ireland it is almost essential to buy. It’s be different if we did 10 year leases and had strong tenants rights like Germany.

Would you ever get a cosmetic surgery?

Each to their own i suppose, but owning a house is very important to me. I'd hate to be renting when i'm retired for example.

    EDIT

Not really, I’ll get involved when the govt opt out scheme comes in in 2022.

I think foxes are beautiful. Unfortunately, we have hens & ducks. Neighbour stopped me last week to report he saw a fox carrying one of our hens! So, they are in my bad books atm. What is the last item of clothing you’ve bought?
