    Are there many towns that close for half day during the week ? What areas of the country are they in ? ( I'm delighted that there are still some towns that do this )

    Me and my parents even did for a while.

    My mother's siblings etc most of my cousins were born abroad. Denmark the Uk etc

    Why do some places still not open until 12 on Sunday or worse stay closed all day?? It's 2019.... Sunday is just like any other day

    Money reasons I would think for the most part. Time and a half wages and sales would be at least half that of a week day in retail anyway. I'd say an awful lot of places don't make a profit for the day. If there was money to be made you can guarantee most places would open 7-7.
