Nope, last time I weighed myself was a few months ago as part of a health screening. I have a diet where I eat meals at regular times and eating heathyish. But I do allow myself to indulge in sweet things as well. I balance it out with exercise though a few times a week.

When was the last time you ran for fitness?

Last week - a grand total of 1.2km and I was delighted with myself.

    Ever done a triathlon?

    Awesome!

Nope, the closest I've come is cycling to a 5 mile run and there was a light shower of rain during the run :)

    What was for breakfast today?

I don't have a favorite, but I recently tried the yellow Lacoste in Duty Free and it was lovely so it was. I'll be picking that up.

Nope, I'll avoid it like the plague.

A few. I feel like I might be moving into my cougar years.

Do you have any weird little kinks you'd be willing to disclose here? (Like I know a guy who thinks women wearing open toed shoes is really hot)

I like to be tied up in elaborate knots and left in a naked heap in the corner with a bowl of water for company.

    Am I lying?

Neither, but a muffin if I was to be force-fed.

Yes, you left out the camera pointed at your naked heap.

Would you pay to watch that video?

I'd prefer if it was made available on Netflix.

Probably not because I'm sure I could find one for free.

Do your thoughts ever scare you?

Do your thoughts ever scare you?

Regularly. I often have to remind myself that my thoughts are not, by their nature, rational or fact-based.

Best way to cheer yourself up when your thoughts are at you?

I don't quite cheer myself up as calm myself down. When my head is being busy and noisy then I do a bit of meditation or rub my belly. If my mood is low sometimes the only thing that helps me is to ride it out.

Are you prone to low mood?

Yup, hits me for two or three weeks at a time, three or four times a year, depending on what's going on in life.

    Ever been in therapy?

Yes about five years, four of which were fairly consistent with weekly appointments.

    Have you?

No, but I likely need it, and I think I'd be good at opening up since I overshare with beers.

Do you avoid topics that upset you?

On the contrary, I probably expose myself more than I should to them.

Do you have any friends who hold radically different values to you?

Oh god yes, but it's not what defines friendships and everyone has their own opinions and all that.

My boyfriend has opposing views in some areas of life such as politics and medicine. It can be tricky to navigate but my mind is flexible and open.

Does this thread remind you a little of the questions on okcupid?
