You're saying it's a stat you see all the time, but cite an article from 2016 to support that? I dunno, syd...

The other thing is you've only given once side of the equation; what is Bristol's win rate without him for comparison? Even then, I'm still not sure how relevant it is over one season; those other articles are over a far bigger sample; 39, 67 and 85 matches respectively vs 9 for Frisch.

I'd have a mind to guess the coaches have seen him play much more than us.

He's good enough to be a squad player at Bristol. The suggestion is that he's coming to Munster as first choice. And now we're talking about international caps? These are big expectations for a guy with a thin CV.

He could have played for France. He could have played for England. He didn't.

I'm not saying he won't be a good signing. I'm saying I'd be shocked if he's being signed as a likely first choice.

That's a very good try from Cardiff. Two huge carries in midfield and a big step and fend.

Thought Murray could have done better in defence though.

Yeah, Murray was a little flat footed, but a good try from Munster in response.

That’s the kind of winning rugby that’s necessary at this end of the season.

We need to play for the bonus point win, so it won’t matter much if Cardiff get a few tries.

Cardiff are playing some lovely rugby. They've targeted a gap in Munsters midfield defence and are making hay.

Thought there may have been a forward offload though.

Beautiful from Farrell and O’Donoghue from the dinky drop-off

Scintillating strike move, Zebo should’ve made sure to ground that I thought

Jackie murdered a simple run in for Nash, playing good rugby so far.

    Kleyn having a stormer.

Not really sure what the ref is allowing at the breakdown, penalised Munster early doors for going off their feet but seems, to me at least, to have ignored several since. Whatever is happening is a great contest at the breakdown

Next time someone gives out about tall players being done for high tackles, I'm linking them to Thomas Aherne. Seriously low tackle height from him so far

Chris Farrell has caught two beauties from high balls so far.

Haley having a stormer, Kleyn showing up really well too.

Haley has to be Munster player of the season, just so solid and then produces the goods as well.

May be harsh on Wycherley but I think Ahern offers something we’ve been lacking. Really impressed with his contributions tonight so far. He partners up nicely with Kleyn, different type players but works well together.

He's put on a fair whack of muscle this season too!

Not sure I like this new entertaining winning Munster.

This of course will also play havoc with the Toulouse video analysts presentation on Monday morning.

Must be said, Murray is having a fine game so far.

Farrell playing very well in fairness to him. Haley and the two second rows the difference though. Kleyn's been immense!

How have Munster got a better second stadium in Cork then Connacht's main stadium ?

its very rare these days so they decided to turn it on in the hopes that some more games might get played there. maybe an important one every so often even

connacht might as well use musgrave as their home for all the use munster make of it to be honest
