    Exactly.

    All we hear is about driving error, drunken driving (never hear about drunken pedestrians or cyclists), speeding but NEVER about engineering problems on our roads.

    There was a cyclist killed by an elderly driver coming from mass last year - I wonder will Shane Ross bring in legislation to ban ALL drivers over a certain age from driving unaccompanied?
