Outlook can't send emails and cant setup after deleting eir email from outlook

    Hi I'm having issue with outlook

    I could not send emails today even though the settings was ok
    I could receive only 
    Keep getting message are spam 

    I'm with digiweb and the correct smtp setting are in use 

    Digiweb told me eir the issue is reverse dns not configured and it's a problem is at eir end

    I deleted my outlook account for eir and now I cant even setup my eir email account in outlook


    There is a major issue with eir email with outlooks on PC's and it's an issue that started today

    Mobile phone email clients not affected or is other email clients software these are working


    Eir please update your reverse dns settings and also get in contact with microsoft as it's only outlook that is having issues

    Note Virgin Broadband customers also having same issue using outlook to send emails using an eir email address

    So far it's Digiweb and Virgin broadband smtp server settings affected and the problem is at eir end 


    Eir need to update their reverse dns settings configuration for outlook email client

    It's only outlook email software on PC's that is affected and only eircom email address affected using other broadband providers smtp settings
