    Hi,
    Can someone please contact us regarding an account that was meant to be closed that is still being charged for. We were told that refund had been issued and should arrive on the 9th but it never did. Just been on hold for over 2 hours and then you hung up, so can someone please contact us to get this sorted. DM for account details.
