Proof of Payments - No Acknowledgement from Eir

    Hi there,  
    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]2 payments of 30e were made on 28/11/18 & 31/12/18 via An Post[/font]


    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I have emailed proof of payments to the proof of payments address with no response[/font]
    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I was told I would get a response in 2 working days[/font]
    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]My email was never acknowledged[/font]
    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]This issue has been unresolved since the end of 2018[/font]
    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Is it possible to get an update?[/font]

    1. Account name
    2. Account number
    3. Date of birth
    4. Address
